One thing for sure in this business is that there is no one way to do something. A lot of times there might be multiple ways to do things. Sometimes trying to figure out what you think the best way is. can take up more brain power than actually putting any of the “ways” into action. You’ll find out what we’re talking about on the show but the question boils down to.. When you subdivide a parcel, do you pay back the bank, investor, partners, etc.. first and then take profit or do you pay them back a certain percentage off of each sale and put a little profit in your pocket each time?
