In Season 2 we moved from designing legacy (Ep27) to leading beyond the self (Ep28). Today, with Episode 29: Consistency Builds You, we make it durable: turning intention into rhythm so leadership is reliable, not occasional.


What helps consistency hold under real life:

∞ Define a few repeatable behaviors (daily/weekly) that carry your values forward.

∞ Right-size the pace so “doable today” beats “perfect someday.”

∞ Make the practice visible (simple cues, simple proof) so progress is seen, not assumed.

∞ Protect recovery and repair so you can keep going without the quiet build to burn out.

∞ Keep a brief reflection cadence to adjust, not abandon, when moments get messy.
