Welcome to episode 52 of Catchupcast! If we were releasing weekly, this would mark a year since we started the show! But, since podcasting is hard and we are busy, it's actually been three and a half years! Whoops! In this episode, Isaac and Ethan talk about a pizza hybrid, Isaac's adventure race, Ethan's peanut butter naïvete, riding bicycles, grad school, running with Elton John, their fear of wasting their time, and watching new generations grow up. Also, we revisit Beau Miles with a discussion on his film "Junk Films", which leads us to ponder artistic transformation and filmmaking styles. Finally, Ethan puts on his director hat (which has an ear of corn on it, as it happens) and gives some notes on sword fights.
