Ezra and those who followed him from Babylon saw the work of God fulfilled. In response to this fulfilled promise of God, they did what we all should do when we see those things fulfilled. They said thank you. They prayed. They took the time to draw closer to God and distance themselves from the things of this world.

1. Thankfulness is recognizing something in our lives as good.

2. Take the time to remember how God has come through for you before so you don’t forget the next time you need to trust Him.

3. With God, the best is always yet to come.
