Denise utilizes the power of the gong, a sacred instrument for sound healing and relaxation, as well as the Tibetan Singing Bowls and Crystal Bowls whose frequencies balance the body’s energies. She has also practiced and studied various methods of meditation, and other spiritual modalities.
