For much of our lives, especially our struggles, there are no clear directives in Torah on how to deal with them. So we search for people to guide us all the time, to tell us what to do. But the real essence of Judaism is to learn how to trust yourself, your true innate oneness with Hashem, and truth. This address by the Rebbe is life-changing in how we see ourselves, our children, and our relationship with Hashem, and how we step away from a trauma-based Judaism to a redemptive consciousness.
