On this new segment of Chat Me Up, I want to share with my listeners the little things I learn and understand and find very profound! I have been wanting to do a segment like this for the longest time, but then many a time inspiration runs short! To be more aligned with this segment, I will focus on putting my thoughts aloud here and hopefully for many of you to connect with!

Today I want to share on here this beautiful bit I got from one of my guests! We are so hell-bent on what we want from life that we subconsciously tend to get upset when it doesn’t happen the way we want it to. And this is life, more often than not it won’t- let’s face it!
