Chelsea and Damian both followed the traditional pathway to “The American Dream.” As college graduates and later on professionals in their respective careers, they soon realized that the “American Dream” wasn’t all that it’s made out to be. Chelsea had hit a ceiling in her career, and Damian slaved away at his lucrative, yet time consuming job. Realizing that there was an alternative to being trapped in the employee vs employer cycle, they decided to start their own business as a couple and officially became entrepreneurs. Since then, they’ve made it their mission to educate both individuals and families about how to become business owners and take control of their time, their income, and their financial situation.
