Did the Academy Get 1999 Right?

Every year the Oscars give an award is another year we have to look and ask the question, Did the Academy Get it Right? The year in question in this episode is 1999. I think most everybody, when they hear which movie won that year, immediately knows the answer. But when we break it down were they actually wrong and if so, how wrong were they? I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed making it.
