Taneisha Cordell, a seasoned reporter and anchor with three Central Great Lakes Emmy nominations, joins FOX Nineteen as co-anchor of FOX Nineteen Now at three PM. Originally from Columbus, Cordell has worked at FOX Two in Detroit, WEWS-TV in Cleveland, Local Three in Chattanooga, and Local Six in Paducah. She believes in the power of storytelling and has covered a wide range of topics, including crime, breaking news, severe weather, and community stories. Cordell is committed to uplifting others, especially young people in the justice system and those going through difficult transitions. She holds a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism and public relations from the University of Miami and is an NCAA All-American with state records in the eight-hundred-meter run and the girls four-by-four-hundred-meter relay. Outside of her professional life, Cordell enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring new restaurants.
