In this episode I talked about 10 different ways you can practice SELF CARE.. i talked about, Reflection, Declutter, Detachment, Healthy diet and Exercise, Enjoy your Environment, Socialization, Self improvement, Celebrating yourself, Meditation and Sleep. I forgot to mention going through old photos though đ.. Enjoy! and remember, by being your best self youâre able to share those beautiful feelings with those around you.
