
Chef Hari-Originally from Nepal, Chef Hari Chapagain is thrilled to showcase Nepalese cuisine alongside that of his neighboring country, India. Hari worked in his family's restaurant in Spain for about seven years, gaining new experience at a luxury restaurant in Lisbon, which motivated him to make his dream restaurant, Oven, a reality. While maintaining authentic flavors, Hari made a point of respecting the origins of Eastern cuisine, but to make it more innovative in the gastronomic market, he introduced a fusion approach, combining different elements and cooking methods in each dish.
