Author's Ian Flanagan and Jesse Lindlbaeur discuss their new book Kevin Can! and Disability Rights

Kevin Can! is the story of Kevin, he is a normal 10-year-old boy who uses a wheelchair to get around. In this story follow along with Kevin and his best friend Katie as they have tons of fun discovering many of the things that Kevin can do. Kevin can do everything you can do, but with his chair, he just does them a little differently. Kevin teaches us it is okay to do things differently. Sometimes different is fun!

Ian Flanagan and Jesse Lindlebauer, friends since high school. Both became disabled at a young age and have written a book called Kevin Can!, based on their 30 combined years of wheelchair life. Kevin Can! is based on their everyday realities. Through Ian's words and Jesse's artistry, Kevin Can! seeks to raise awareness and educate kids K-12 about overcoming disabilities, and embracing inclusion and diversity.Kevin Can! is available on Amazon for 10.99 during the holiday season
