¿Como están los entrenadores enfocando la vuelta a los entrenamientos después de tres meses fuera del agua debido al covid-19?

Como siempre una charla muy buena, didáctica y dinámica. La verdad que es un placer el poder conversar con tantos entrenadores sobre estos temas que muchas veces no se les da mucha importancia.
Es muy importante el saber que hacer y tener un plan para crear “Éxito Sostenible” cuando tomas las riendas de un nuevo club y poder tener éxito a largo plazo.
Uno de los puntos mas importantes para los entrenadores jefes son los Asistentes y estos pueden ser la clave del éxito y también la clave del fracaso. Muy interesante.
Muchos equipos de natación están volviendo a las piscinas y hemos hablado un poco de como lo estamos haciendo y cuales son los objetivos después de estar casi tres meses sin poder entrenar.
