You will need: Any whiskey, any bitters, lemon juice, simple syrup, and one egg or an egg white. Welcome to Cocktology Tonight, quite possibly the world’s first follow-along-at-home cocktail making podcast! Tonight I’ll be using the Whiskey Sour to demonstrate my own egg white shaking method, no opening and re-closing tins!
