
At each coffee shop I visited, I interviewed a barista, owner, or manager. I always recorded the conversation on my voice memos app through my iPhone. Listening back to these recordings, I noticed a lot of repetition from shop to shop. I wanted to share some of these conversations not only because they were so fruitful, but to show you the repetition and prove to you that opening a coffee shop does not involve rocket science.
