Building a Strong Inner Identity in Children - Interview with Kadzo Kangwana

What do we want our children to believe about themselves? And how do we help them build a strong inner identity, so they’re less likely to suffer from depression or anxiety?

I’m super excited to share this special conversation with a dear friend, Kadzo Kangwana. Kadzo’s wisdom and support in the early years of my parenting have influenced the work I do today.  And her recent book ‘Noble Soul: A Guide to Spiritual Growth for Women’ is a must-read for women and anyone raising a woman!

I hope that you enjoy this important conversation. Leave a comment and make sure to subscribe and share this episode.

Kadzo Kangwana is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of trauma and eating disorders. When she is not working with clients, she facilitates workshops on spiritual development. Kadzo has an MA in clinical mental health counseling from Union University and an MSW from the University of Connecticut. Kadzo’s first career was in wildlife conservation, and she holds a BA in zoology from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in human-elephant interaction from the University of Cambridge. Kadzo’s life has spanned four continents, and her broad experience informs her work with clients of all backgrounds.
