This week we had the pleasure of chatting with Ian Bearup, Head Winemaker and VP of Production at the incredible Millbrook Vineyard and Winery, located right here in Dutchess County. Ian has been making wine for more than half of his life! He taught us all about the winemaking process and what goes on behind the scenes There is always something going on at Millbrook, from Food Truck Fridays to special events featuring legends like Bernie Williams. Bernie Williams is a former New York Yankees centerfielder and jazz music icon who will be playing in the Vineyard again this year! Building on past vintages of a custom wine blended by Ian and Bernie, a fourth vintage of Bernie’s Blend red wine will debut the evening of the concert!
