
Today, I share some tips on how to find your alignment when life starts irritating you. I often find myself trying to “push” myself and think that if I just ignore the irritation and force myself to keep going, it will go away. But the friction only goes away when I take time to stop, assess the situation, and adjust where I have gotten out of alignment.
It’s simple but important in order to continue staying true to who we are today.
We are the mechanics of our own life. It’s our responsibility to ensure we are prepared and well-equipped for the challenges of life.
Yes, life is hard and full of unexpected potholes that will bend us out of our “true”. But with awareness and intention, we can realign and get back on the road - one “spoke” at a time. 🙂
