Recently my family attended the Japanese Festival held in the Japanese Garden at Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park. Not only was it a gorgeous festival with incredible performances, it was also life changing. I walked into it knowing very little about the culture, but I walked out with a deep sense of respect and gratitude for the beautiful humans I encountered.
Words hardly describe the feelings our family had while we enjoyed this tiny glimpse into the culture of Japan but afterwards we all agreed that we loved the Japanese people and were all wishing we were Japanese.
Also, today I present a new event that Freedom For The Taking is going to start hosting, called “Campfire Stories”. Listen to the end for details and how you can sign up! Please share this information with your friends or anyone you think may
benefit from this new event that is a support group for those who have experienced religious trauma, high-control environments, or are cult survivors.
If you head to freedomforthetaking.org you can click the banner at the top of the webpage to sign up for “Campfire Stories”!
