Elan Carr currently serves as US Special Envoy to Monitor & Combat Anti-Semitism. He was appointed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in February 2019. Elan shares his views on how the Abraham Accords can be an exemplar of combatting anti-semitism and the impact of normalization in educating Arab children about Israel and the history of the Jews through curricula development and enhanced cultural ties.
