Episode 10: UPDATE- Roe v. Wade and Abortion Rights

Hello Everyone! Today I will be discussing a new court case that is making its way through the Supreme Court as we speak- a case that is causing much controversy because it is reexamining the subject of abortion rights in the United States. Additionally, we will be discussing several landmark SCOTUS cases- such as Griswold v Connecticut (1965) and Roe v Wade (1973)- that have shaped abortion laws over the past few decades. Lastly, I will be talking about the implications behind having new justices on the Supreme Court as well as the partisan divide regarding abortion in the 21st century.
