Hello Everyone! Welcome to this new episode of Coffee Date with the Constitution! This past week marked the one year anniversary of when the Supreme Court ruled on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, and therefore, when they overturned Roe v. Wade (1973) and the right to abortion. In this episode, we review what the Dobbs case was, the negative effect that it has had on people around the US, and the Biden Administration's effort in mitigating those negative effects.
