Beata is one of my former students from Ukraine. We talk about Beata’s educational journey in Poland and Germany and how a  student club she started in college led her into her first job and set  the trajectory of her career. Beata went from the prospect of being an English teacher to a co-founder  of hospitality and tourism start-up.  Intrigued? I was too. I really enjoyed our conversation and learned a  lot of about the world of start-ups.
