James Parr was diagnosed with cancer a week after he came out. At the same time that James was exploring himself as an out, bisexual man, he was also figuring out what his life would look like if he lost a limb. Now James takes pride in his disability and he will challenge anyone who tries to pity him or tell him that his life is "sad".
