Welcome to our new and improved Coming Ashore podcast! To revamp our show in style we are spotlighting one of our new presenters and Coming Ashore mentor, James Chalk.

James shares his experiences within the maritime sector, from serving as a Navigation Officer on board a Disney Cruise Liner to five years and counting at Carnival UK focusing on Service Operations and now being an ORCA (Operational, Risk, Coordination and Activity) Operations Manager. Looking forward, James talks about his MBA he is currently working for at the University of Warwick and his plans moving forward.
