At a time when all of us have experienced being isolated in our homes, it's easy to feel less at home than ever. This is a podcast where we, Scandinavian actresses Laura Bach and Sandra Andreis, invite world-renowned fellow artists, norm-breakers, researchers, scientists & spiritual leaders to share inspiring insights, vulnerable stories and hands-on advice about how we all can feel more at home with ourselves.
Together with our guests, we examine how to break the behavioral patterns that make us feel stuck and explore how to live a more joyful, connected and sustainable life from the inside and out. Because we do know one thing - maybe now more than ever - regardless of our gender identity, profession or nationality, we are more alike than we are different, and often it is a crisis or a challenge that cracks our hearts wide open and brings us closer to ourselves.
Get ready to laugh and be moved by the fresh perspectives that our knowledgeable and courageous guests bring to the table. Every episode is made to take you on an entertaining and profound ride. Welcome to Coming Home!

Internationally-renowned Danish actor Magnus Bruun opens up about the moment he realized his 'fear of failing' consumed his entire life—and how he worked to transform into the man he truly wanted to be. We learn why 'listening' became the biggest factor of that change, and how he now tries to incorporate equality, specifically gender equality, into everything he does.
We also get very honest about the guilt and shame that comes with envying other people and how we can help each other by being honest and openly sharing the things we admire in one another.
Our guest of expertise is Australian Clinical Psychologist and mental health researcher Dr. Simon Rice. In this episode, Dr. Rice sheds light on the importance of talking about 'positive masculinity' instead of toxic masculinity. He also introduces us to the scientific concept of 'precarious manhood' and reveals how to provide healthy alternatives to the old narrative of manhood and womanhood can advance men's health and societies at-large.
