In order to find a dream job, you want to be focused on giving yourself the best shot at success.  This means taking risks with the roles that you are willing to take and the city that you are seeking the job in.  If you're looking to work in Finance, then being open to working in one of the top fifteen major metropolitan cities gives you the best advantage to find the right role.  If you're seeking your dream job in your hometown of 55,000 people, then chances are you're going to struggle to find it.  

Be open to taking risks in the location and the role itself.  Go gain experience in an adjacent career field that allows you to become more marketable all while being willing to potentially relocate to the right place.
