We all face some kind of challenge at work. Some of that struggle may be from managing difficult stakeholders, some from not having enough space to do what we need to do. In this episode, we cover our workplace battles and how we deal with them: advocating for our work, gaining influence, finding time to approach our work strategically, but also–learning when to let go and cut our losses. Because not every battle is meant to be fought or won.
