
Panic attacks are something I’ve experienced every now and then throughout the past 12 years and I had one this past week again that lasted for quite a while and it came from the feeling of not being enough. I’m sharing how panic attacks feel to me, what I do to move through them and a tip for you to apply that might help should you have one in the future.
Always remember to be kind to yourself in these moments and everything is going to be okay.
