Boiled Chana Water - 2 cups
Roasted Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
Finely-Chopped Garlic - 4 tbsp
Scrapped Fresh Coconut - ¼ cup
Tomato Puree - ¼ cup
Dried Red Chillies - 2-3
Finely-Chopped Onions - 1 medium and 1 small
Bay Leaves - 1-2
Cinnamon Stick - 1-inch
Cloves - 4-5
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Slit Green Chillies - 1-2
Cumin Seeds - 2 tbsp
Salt - As Per Taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
