Have 28 years of Experience in Consulting, Marketing & Sales in International Education industry & Telecom, with 22 years in International Education Consulting & Student Recruitment.  On Governing & Academic Council of GIBS (Management Institution in Bangalore) and “Mentor” (like on Advisory Board ) of Universal Mentors Association, an Education company. Done Consulting Assignments for Amity International Division, British Education Centre etc.  Presently working as Regional Director India Subcontinent for UTS College (earlier known as UTS Insearch). I head the UTS College South Asia office which takes care of India, Nepal, Bangladesh Sri Lanka, Bhutan & Mauritius. UTS College is a Pathway provider to the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). We have a Team of 9 members. 

Main responsibilities are : - To develop and implement the Strategic Plan for South Asia, Budgets etc. - Growth and diversification in Student Recruitment - Explore new TNE (Transnational Education) opportunities & look for new markets. - Responsible for the Leadership and day-to-day management of the team of Insearch India LLP. - Working with all Departmental heads in Sydney towards Market & Business Development.  Worked as Director of Career Plus Services, an Education Consulting Company focusing on Institutional Partnerships for Foreign Universities & Study Abroad Recruitment. The Recruitment Division gave options to Students to choose from 300 Universities/Colleges/Institutes in UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, USA, Australia, Singapore, Europe etc. We had a Consulting Division which offered solutions to Foreign Institutions to enhance Branding, Marketing and solutions for Collaborations / Tie Ups in India and open India Recruitment Offices. Managed University of Leeds South Asia Office as Management Consultant from 2009-2012.  

Worked as Director of University of Leeds (UK) South Asia Office from 1999 to 2009 (based in New Delhi). Major focus was Partnerships and Student Recruitment, had 450 students in 2009. Had Team of 12 members and recruited directly through British Council offices & later also through Partners/ Agent Network. Besides India, handled Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan. Built Leeds brand in India through massive Advertisement & PR campaigns. Signed Collaborations with IIMA, IIMC, BIT (Ranchi), NIFT, Madras University, IILM.  By academic background an MBA from University of Leeds, UK and Engineer from Delhi Institute of Technology DIT (now known as Netaji Subhash University Technology (NSUT), Dwarka, earlier known as NSIT). Earlier worked with Tata Telecom & Alcatel Telecom in Sales & Marketing roles in Mumbai, Baroda, Bangalore, Delhi.
