On today's epidode, I speak with a beautiful heatist, Jade Chung. Jade is a Women's Mentor and Somatic Art Therapist who works with creative, visionary leaders with a vision and mission to create impact and change in their lives and in the world. She has helped hundreds of women rewire their nervous systems, transform their living paradigms, to live in authentic embodiment, creative expression, spiritual empowerment. In 2024, she founded her trademark method Somatic Artistry, a unique transformational modality incorporates somatics, expressive arts, trauma therapeutics and divine energetics.
She is also the founder of Creatrix Collective, a women’s led New Earth community platform for creatives, visionaries and mystics here.
Through this conversation, Jade shares about her journey, and we talk about the value of creating and sharing from a space of heart, somatics, the value of radical self-expression and more. Although this was only our first conversation with eachother, there were so many similarities there and this was such a beautiful conversation to have.
