
Sometimes we just need to put our legs up the wall! Putting my legs up the wall is one of my favourite restorative and most simple practices for regulating my nervous system and bringing my body into a relaxed state.
This is a guided meditation with accompanying sound bowls for extra soothing vibes.
You can use this meditation at any time, but I especially recommend it just before you go to bed as part of your wind down routine.
