Cole Williams is the CoFounder of The Delta Project a non-profit that supports adjudicated youth reintegrating back into their communities. Cole also runs two programs titled, Son To A Father and ColeSpeaks, which are programs that work to empower and restore relationships between teens and their parents. Cole leads workshops that explore the emotional terrain of parenting. Cole’s journey of becoming a single teenage father, to reuniting with his biological father, to finally fostering and adopting fatherless sons, are the lessons he uses to illustrate the colors of parenting in the 21st Century. Dondrea reflects on his personal experiences in foster care, the importance of fatherhood, and critical life-changing moments.
