This past summer, Amy reached out to artist Beth Cyr about some writing she did at the time of her divorce, which she is now sharing... after first letting the writing be for herself only. Similarly, Beth turned to Human Design certification as a tool to make sense of her own energetic patterns and relational dynamics before becoming a practitioner who helps other people understand themselves through Human Design. Since Amy had recently completed her own certification in Human Design when they recorded this episode, it became a bit of a primer.
