Guest Introduction: Madisyn Taylor is the co-founder and chief editor for the meditation website DailyOM. She is the author of several books, including “Unmedicated: The Four Pillars of Natural Wellness.” Today, she’s going to teach us how to live a happier and healthier life. Interview Summary: In this interview, Madisyn begins by talking about growing up in an abusive household, which led to years of anxiety and depression, self-medicating, and eventually severe illness.
