Kyla is the Worship Pastor at Family Life in Salem, OR, where she combines her experience in worship leading with a passion for collaboration and building teams. With over a decade of ministry experience, she teaches and equips worship teams both in the United States and internationally, empowering them to lead with confidence. Additionally, she leads youth worship camps to inspire the next generation of worship leaders and collaborates with local worship pastors to foster community and creativity. Kyla is dedicated to cultivating an environment where people can develop and use their gifts in the local church.
