This is the last part of my LinkedIn Live 3-part series: RecessionProof Your Business by Leveraging your Employees.
You heard about the importance of mental health awareness and those integrated parts that can break an employee or make him/her thrive.
You can provide all the tools and that’s good, but without the emotional stability and security, you won’t be able to leverage your employees. You as a founder together with your people need to feel connected, personal, and embarked on the same journey.
Through my founder coaching and executive coaching as well, I noticed that even if founders and executives are focused on their people, the concrete actions regarding human psychology, mental health, belonging, appreciation, and other crucial needs are not enough tackled.
