Today’s episode is a cozy and honest conversation about something way more common than we realize — boredom eating. Yep, that quiet habit of walking to the fridge just because… you’re bored. No real hunger, no real need — just that restless little voice saying, “Go get a snack.”
In this episode, I’m walking you through five simple things you can do instead of reaching for food when boredom shows up. These are NOT distractions — they’re sweet, doable ways to connect with yourself, feel more alive, and gently shift out of autopilot (which is why you are feeling bored to begin with!).
One of my favorite moments in this episode is when I talk about how boredom is actually your imagination trying to get your attention. It’s not a problem—it’s an invitation. And you don’t need a complicated plan to answer it. You just need presence, kindness, and a willingness to listen your FUTURE self. She is smart, confident, motivated, and energetically connected with doing the right thing for herself. She wouldn’t think of telling herself she is bored and then sitting on the couch all night with a bag of chips or chocolate in her lap!
She knows better than that! And once you know better, you’ll be able to do better too!!
