About the Guest:

Cryptopia's CEO, Sangho Grolleman, is a Gaming Developer a Degree in Economics, and he worked with start-ups in various industries. Sangho has over 20 years of experience in large corporates, nonprofits, startups, and his own ventures. He earned a Master of Science degree in Geography & International Economics at Utrecht University (the Netherlands), successfully wrote a research thesis on globalization at Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), and recently graduated as a full-stack developer at the Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland). He was part of the first wave of web analysts, transforming the digital marketing sector into a performance-based sector, paving the way for conversion optimization. He worked as a freelancer in various marketing teams and as an advisor to many management teams and executive boards. In 2020 the startup was forced to disband. Two founders of this startup decided to try again. This time in the form of a game. They worked for two years on a proof of concept and in 2021 approached Sangho to have a look. He was instantly sold and joined Cryptopia as CEO.
