Shane Henley is the Head of Monitoring Solutions at CubeLogic, a vendor that specialises in energy market transaction surveillance. Shane has 20 years experience in the energy trading sector covering industry, consulting a IT vendor roles. Shane spent much of his time as a consultant advising firms on European market regulations, including REMIT, MAR, MiFID 2 and EMIR. Since joining CubeLogic, Shane has helped to develop the CubeWatchTS solution into a widely recognised leader in physical energy market surveillance space.
Aviv Handler is a specialist in the regulation of the commodities and energy market providing advice and services to the energy and commodity markets in the understanding, preparation and implementation of Energy and Commodity Market Regulations. He focuses on all streams of European regulation including EMIR, REMIT, MiFiD II, MAR, the relevant parts of Brexit and SFTR as well as applicable rules across the globe. Aviv has recently authored a book, "Navigating European Energy and Commodity Markets Regulation"
