In this episode, Greta Nasi and Colin MacArthur discuss the need for strategic initiatives to enhance knowledge, skills, and capacity in cybersecurity. Cybersecurity challenges that institutions and organizations are facing require a diverse skill set, encompassing technical expertise, understanding of emerging technologies, regulatory knowledge, analytical capabilities, managerial skills, and effective communication abilities, to facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and secure cyberspace for safer societies and competitive organizations.
