Abiding in God's Love

Scripture: John 15:9-10 (The Message)

I've loved you the way my Father has loved me. Make yourselves at home in my love. If you keep my commands, you'll remain intimately at home in my love. That's what I've done—kept my Father's commands and made myself at home in his love.

In today's devotional, let's focus on the importance of abiding in God's love. Jesus tells us that just as He abides in His Father's love, we too should make ourselves at home in His love. By following His commands and walking in obedience, we can deepen our relationship with God and experience the fullness of His love.

As we go through our day, let's be intentional about nurturing our connection with God. Through prayer, worship, and obedience, we can remain intimately connected to His love and be transformed by it.

Lord Jesus, thank you for the incredible love you have shown us. Help us to make ourselves at home in your love by keeping your commands and walking in obedience. May we abide in your love daily and experience the joy and peace that come from a close relationship with you. In your name, we pray. Amen.
