Nur Maznah Ismail better known as Mona Fandey, (15 January 1956 - 2 November 2001) was a Malaysian pop singer turned murderer. She was executed on 2 November 2001 at the age of 45, after being convicted of the murder of a politician, Mazlan Idris in 1993.
