You know how we love a good shortcut, right? Relationship theories/tests on social media are like that - bite-sized explanations for complex situations. They're catchy, relatable, and promise a quick fix for our love lives – which EVERYONE wants. Plus, they spark conversation and debates, which keeps people scrolling and sharing.
But do they work and are they true? In my opinion, they are fun but oversimplified. I see people taking advice from social media that they thought they understood but got it wrong – often people don’t see what they are doing.
