The Moundsville Penitentiary often called Hell on Earth or Bloody Alley offers a haunting glimpse into the life of a prisoner. This prison which closed its doors in 1995 holds many dark stories within its walls. The atmosphere is heavy with the memories of those who once lived and suffered there.
