They discuss the importance of developing soft skills like emotional intelligence and active listening to becoming truly data literate, as well as how to ask the right questions of data. Based on his own experiences, Kevin also explains how cognitive diversity can open us up to new perspectives – in data and in life – and mitigate bias.
