This was a really deep dive and they covered a lot of ground. Subjects included single-parent challenges such as conflict, nervous system responses, stigma, dating, body image and low self-esteem. Together they explored healthy strategies such as raising awareness, self-care, boundaries and the importance of community and platonic friends, in addition to some specific techniques that Rachel introduced Amy to in their previous one-to-one coaching sessions. These two are great friends and had fun and laughter on this episode, even while considering such weighty topics!
