In this episode, we had the lads Kenny and Bam Bam from the Hard Yards podcast join us all the way from Townsville. They came down to have a good old yarn about how their podcast is tracking, the antics they've been up to, and where they're steering things in the future.

We also dove into a bit of chat about their involvement in the Podcast Royale 2.0 and whether they're keen to jump back in for Podcast Royale 3.0 next year if the opportunity pops up. On top of that, we chat about how Only Cans is going, BamBam's YouTube channel updates, and some of the wild adventures they've been on lately. It was a laid-back catch-up, and we even took the boys along to the Rockhampton Charity Boxing event over the weekend for a bit of extra fun.
